Extremely good value for money for a legal serviceand documentation recognised and accepted by HM Passport agency, with £10 deducton for those in receipt of certain DWP benefits - considerate, non-judgemental and non-patronizing response to my being in receipt of benefits.

The pack has EVERYTHING you need, or could possibly want to know, helping you draft a covering letter to organisations/authorities and which ones are the most and vital ones to notify- giving you the address and contact details. They also tell you who will need a certified copy of the certificate.

The archive service is very good and provides great peace of mind incase docs get lost.

Name changes for children also available, the forms a very straightforward.

Used to correct a mistake on a legal document. Really efficient and quick. They get you with the extras though but would definitely recommend.

I have found the customer service with this company shocking. To speak to the dept who provide the actual deed poll documentation you can only email them. There is no way of calling them at all. And they just do not reply to emails. I wish I'd used another company as I am getting nowhere. I was promised revised documents by the Office Manager on 2/10/22 and I am still waiting.

First time using this service. Name change easily done. Received an email with all the details on and there was something I questioned so I called up, had the loveliest woman that answered the phone to me! She was absolutely fab. Took the money over the phone a few days early for me which I was supper appreciated of. Had confirmation over email which made it official that it was happening and all had gone through. Now to wait for the final document through the post. As easy as that! (Just don’t select Google Auto Fill like I did on the form, it fills out boxes you don’t need to be filled and you get charged but not their fault and she changed it for me!) thank you!

After reading some of the negative reviews about UK Deed Poll Service i can 100% say that they are false. This service is 100% genuine and after using the standard service only took 2 weeks much quicker than i expected. Can’t rate highly enough!

I would like to thank everyone at UK deed poll for such a great service, after me having a melt down with concerns regarding my name when applying for my first UK passport I contacted UK deed poll about these concerns, they assured me which route to take, even though I was unsure, was it really going to be as easy as that, but I took the advice, I did apply for the name change deed poll which came through really quick sent it off to HM Passport office.

I am so happy as today my passport has been approved, not one problem regarding my name change.

Very efficient service - very helpful team. Documents arrived in a plastic sheaf inside the hardback envelope, so when the postie left it out in the rain it was still dry! Thank you
