I'm really surprised to see some negative reviews about Sutton Mattocks in Chiswick as our recent experience couldn't have been more different. We dealt with Sandy, who was an absolute star while we sold one property and bought another.

She was really clear and responsive, extremely personable and professional, and made the whole process much less stressful than it could have been, particularly as we went through the whole experience during a pandemic! She kept us up to date throughout, and really fought our corner with both the seller and buyer, advising us in a pragmatic way and never leaving us hanging on waiting for a response at any point.
