My mother wanted some clarification on an issue Wilkins dealt with a few years back. After someone finally calling her back after three phone calls chasing them we found them condescending, rude and unhelpful. Would never use again!

My experience is of Elizabeth Feeney.
We have documented evidence of them adding MONTHS of delay to proceedings by refusing to answer emails, phonecalls and letters.
They seem to have an endless series of unfortunate family events that require trips around the globe.
We sent them a letter in the first week of December, their reply was dated 13th February. They could have be awaiting instruction, but simply hid from chasers. They are unprofessional.

Painfully slow and constantly delaying things. So bad the estate agent has said they won’t deal with them again.

Had these people deal with a very serious matter and I've never in my life seen more unprofessional people in all my life wouldn't reply to emails phone calls when I went to the office was treated like a kid they wouldn't speak to me so after 7 months of this I eventually ended going to a different place and they sorted it within 6 weeks please people do not use them totally unprofessional

I have recently dealt with Sabrina and Susan at Wilkins. The matter was sensitive and they both dealt with it with understanding and compassion and explained the process in simple terms (which was very much needed). Always very responsive and they just took the hassle out of everything. The process was much quicker than expected (should have taken an average of 8 weeks but only took 5-6 weeks!) Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!! Thank you to you both.
