Excellent customer service & and reputable company! My case was handled with utmost professionalism and guaranteed eviction for a problematic tenant. I will be recommending & using these services again. One of the best so far!

My tenant was causing so many problems for me, a business friend who has used Landlord Advice UK before told me to use this company. When I spoke to them they were really helpful. They helped me evict my tenant, they were great help.

Okay for advice, not a registered solicitor and would advise not to seek legal proceedings with them. This is words from the Jude and cases could be thrown out for harassment! In this cas,e if the advise is wrong you have nowhere to go !

Great service, Sasha was very helpful from the start with the type of eviction needed. The bailiff company was excellent and the eviction was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend.

I used them from the beginning of my case and expected my files to have been passed on to the new solicitor. This meant i was being asked questions that were previously answered. The new solicitor I was provided was impatient, the conversation was rushed. I definitely didnt get value for money.

The previous solicitor was very experienced and was a very good listener. I wonder why there was no continuity.

This company is really good. I would recommend going to them for advice.

3-4 of the reviews below have been left by this scam company themselves- I recognise the names and pictures and the rest (if postive) are fake. They are not solicitors, know nothing about the law and don't turn up to court. Save your time and money and instruct a firm of solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, these people should be locked up.

Couldn't recommend enough from start to finish everything was taken care of, they really do just get on with it.
