Lesley has done several jobs for me: most recently a flat sale when several issues arose. Her communications have been timely, focused on the priorities and always putting my best interests front & foremost, without ever sugar coating. As a result, this often stressful process - especially for someone like me who prefers to dive under the duvet when faced with difficulties - was manageable. I have no hesitation in recommending the firm for conveyancing and other property law cases.

Today I was assaulted by Phil Palmer as he lost his temper when I politely asked for his signature on a contract document. This is a very dangerous man and anyone thinking of using him should think twice. I would stay well clear of him and his business. He happily took my money and then dishonetly voided my contract by striking through parts of it and then persued to abuse me physically hitting and pushing me around. I came to him for help and advice but the abuse I received back from him should never happen to anyone. His actions made me very scared today as I left shaking. I wanted to share my experience so nobody else has to encounter this man or his business. Please be safe and stay well clear.

Leslie and her team have just dealt with the sale and purchase of my mothers homes. Even during lock down they were in contact and kept us up to date with proceedings, something the larger firms in the chain did not do. Always on hand for advice and treated us in a friendly, professional manner. Thank you all for your hard work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My partner and I needed to get a statutory declaration for our wedding abroad last year and looked for a local solicitors and Palmer and Palmer solicitors came up. They’ve been absolutely great! We were unable to get married last year due to covid so having to do all the paperwork again this year. P&P were so accommodating and managed to squeeze us in last minute. They’re so professional and very responsive. I felt very safe going there with all the measures they have taken to make sure the office is covid safe. I’d highly recommend them. Thanks again!

I have used Palmers Quality Solicitors on many occasions they are always very helpful and reasonably prices. During lockdown i had to
contact them for a copy of my lease and must say that Amanda Holden
rang me straight back after emailing Palmers, Amanda was so helpful in dealing with my request. I would highly recommend this local business.

Very happy with the conveyancing done on my sale and purchase completed in February. Jamie and Caitlin always came back to me promptly when I contacted them and were helpful when I needed it.

My original solicitors were hacked and I called Lesley and team in a panic. They took over my property purchase with no hassle and helped me buy my first home without further complications. I would recommend them!

WORST SOLICETOR TO DEAL WITH A HOUSE PURCHASE i would definitely not recommend this company to deal with a house purchase my parents used them and everything that was mentioned in a surveyors report was discounted by lesley that certificates would be out of date ie electrical certificat, fensa, building, regs party wall agreements energy performance certificat which we got after the sale completed and the certificat was out of date etc,1 of the worst solicitors my parents have ever come across said nothing visable on elmbridge council planning applications re buildings going up on a plot of land near my parents new property when I clearly found the planning application which was applied for in October we instructed her to deal with the house purchase in November so she should have found the planning application
