Well, I've never had a similar experience dealing with a solicitor before. It says on their website that they deal with lease extensions. After I called to make an enquiry I was called back by a very abrupt lady who just said straight away they would not be able to deal with me. Any questions as to why were not answered and I was simply told 'Sorry but no'.

Had a will amended, that went sort of okay although a bit pricey. But then rang twice for them to handle a flat sale. I got no call, i guess they don't want the business. Very very rude not to return a call.

I am currently using this firm for conveyancing and their customer service has been absolutely appalling. No response to emails, no return of phone calls and no updates for me as the paying client on the position of the transaction. All of the parties and estate agents involved are also getting no response. None whatsoever. Absolutely shocking and completely unprofessional. I cannot stress this enough DO NOT USE THIS FIRM FOR CONVEYENCING.
