Great little local solicitors in Watford. Tanya from Paul Linton represented us and did a really good and through job, she was responsive and helpful and we spoke to her directly. There was one set fee, which was about average relative to the cost of the house and even though we asked for extra searches and letters there was no mention of any extra cost. I would recomend them to anyone else buying a house.
