We used Gotelees conveyancing services, and everything was smooth and VERY quick, and I would (and have) definitely recommend. Having met other members of their various teams too, they are all extremely friendly and helpful, and I will definitely return to them for other services.

Gotelees are great! We went to them for a will writing service and from being something we'd long dreaded, it became a simple and straightforward process. Rachel was extremely helpful and friendly and we were very relieved to have our wills written and sorted. When my elderly parents moved to Suffolk this year, we took them to Gotelees to deposit their legal papers and deal with powers of attorney. Again, excellent service. I then recommended my mother in law to Gotelees in Ipswich and she too had a great experience. I would never go anywhere else. Gotelees are everything you'd want in a firm of solicitors - friendly, professional, helpful and engaging. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I worked with Gotelee's on buying my first house. Sam was lovely and took the time to answer my questions and give advice. Some of the communications took a while early on in the process but closer to completion date Sam went the extra mile by coming in on her day off to make sure everything happened on time.

They went above and beyond to support what was becoming an unnecessarily difficult transaction (our buyers' conveyancer was at times next to hopeless) often, emailing out of business hours to ensure I was kept informed of progress. They were proactive, professional, honest and acted with integrity at all times. 5 stars.

Did a good job on my will several years ago but really let me down on a personal injury claim. After days of trying to make contact I finally had one brief telephone conversation and then a terse letter declining to take my case. Would have been nice to have a call explaining why they couldn't act and showing some empathy for my pain. Very disappointed.

Very poor service, half the staff work part Time, constantly have to chase them to get things done.

Wouldn't recommend the hadleigh office

I was asked to carry out a job for a client of Gotelee Solicitors and since they were tasked with settling the invoice I agreed. Settlement was promised within 3 days as it was approaching Christmas and I did not wish to wait until the New Year for payment. What a surprise, it didn't arrive, we carried out the job, as per my word, and a solicitor didn't stick to theirs.
