Jump In Trampoline Parks: Elstree

I booked to visit the soft play and mini jump area with my 3 kids. First of all I'like to say the location, booking system and play equipment are all fantastic, my kids had a great time. However, unfortunately the cleanliness of the play area, cafe, toilets the carpet around the trampolines was appalling! I really was shocked, we were there from 10am onwards and the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned for at least a week. The toilets were really dirty, the sanitary bin was overflowing and the toilets had not been cleaned from the day before or longer, floor was absolutely filthy. I was actually thinking of booking my daughters birthday party there next month, but I was so put off, I'm reconsidering. I will be contacting jump in directly to address the issue.

An amazing trampoline place in Borehamwood / Elstree. My daughter had so much fun jumping for a couple of hours. Lovely helpful staff. Very clean & a lovely viewing area for parents to sit around the trampolines or upstairs for a drink & chat. We will be back. Thanks so much

Good fun, would be five star but the weekend price is a tiny bit too high.

Kids loved it, but they need more slides etc.

Fab 7th Birthday Party!

We celebrated my daughter’s 7th birthday with her friends today. Special thanks to the host Sherry! She was super attentive and nothing was too much trouble.

The kids really enjoyed the jumping and the pizzas were fresh and yummy. The jacket potato could have done with more topping- hardly any cheese or beans, but other than that a lovely party!

Birthday party for a 6 year old. So much potential yet not quite there. It's good that they made it for kids but they shouldn't employ kids to run it. The place is good and the food was surprisingly nice. Unfortunately it was very badly organised. They'd forgotten some of the food and by the time they bought it, the kids had lost interest and some of the parents needed to go so the cake was cut (again...missing plates and spoons). The manager refunded some extra food I'd ordered but even then it was annoying. This place has all the ingredients to be amazing but it just needs someone with solid experience and management skills to run it. I felt sorry for the staff and thanked them - leaving a very generous tip - but I've had far better service. Again, boils down to inexperienced kids well in over their heads. Nice people but helpless like rabbits caught in headlights.

Visited this afternoon for an hour to entertain the kids during the summer holidays. Lovely and quiet due to the warm weather, enticing people outside and lots of room in the car park! Pleasant cafe to sit in
and keep an eye on the the kids. Served by Ari who was pleasant and helpful. All in all an enjoyable experience. Happy kids=happy mum!

We had our sons party on Sunday and Rihanna looked after us so well. Everything ran on time and she took really good care of us. The kids and parents were happy. I would definitely recommend this venue for a party. The pizzas were nice and warm and all got eaten and the right amount of food. They provided giant cookies which the kids took home. They provided all the cutlery. I should have taken my own table cloth but didn’t think of it.
