The staff are really friendly, and the place is really clean.
I don't get why some people complain that it's not spotless 24/7, but keep in mind that not all members there have common sense to clean up after themselves, then times that by loads of other members that do the same, and the cleaners won't be able to keep up obviously. If the members were more respectful and not acting like children, then yes, the place would be always be spotless.

Their website is a bit outdated and needs a big update, but that's not to blame on the staff behind the desk, probability to do with the council...

So far this is the best gym I've been to, even if they have less equipments than places like Pure Gym or The Gym, it's way less crowded than there and the machines are quality too.

Lack of gym equipment, sometimes area is unhygienic and 2 staff members have repeatedly shown attitude and lack of basic common sense, common curiosity and customer service. Was asked to give feedback, when I gave them feedback I heard nothing back. Staff have their own policy and desecration, one of them mentioned to me "this is my gym" and didn't allow me to collect a kettle bell from the studio and bring it to the gym due to the lack of equipment even though I'm paying almost £40pm. Recommend to go elsewhere.

Heston pool is local to my home. Easy access and long opening hours. I go swimming regularly. The staff are very polite and helpful. I like the fact that the sauna and steam rooms are not mixed allowing women to relax without having to be conscience of males in the vicinity.

Poor service, there is a bad lifeguard who is more interested in coaching people for swimming then focusing on the pool. It felt like a prison not a leisure centre. We called the last to visit at 19:00 and she said there is no classes that will conflict with our visit. When we were there for 19:00 she said there is classses and we cannot enter the pool until 21:00. Reallly bad experience

Not a bad place. Lack of urgency to repair equipment, some equipment has been out of order 2 months and steam room for the past 2 weeks.
If you try to phone them in the afternoon best of luck if they answer you are very lucky.

If I could give it no stars I would! Pool is used most evenings by swim lessons so paying members can't get a swim? Sauna and steam in male changing room is rotten and stinks dirty, showers cold, parking is a nitemare, 1 reception staff on duty therefore massive queue to pay to go in? They have a general swim bit open on a Tuesday and Thursday late afternoon which is impossible to swim a length due to amount of kids etc just messing about in there, changing room male toilets are minging, changing room showers are minging it's an absolute disgrace and after having a 7 day for £7 membership errrr I've thought twice and gone elsewhere which is much better. Place is run by kids

Soft play is good enough for small children but no supervision by staff resulting in parents who aren't educated in discipline, cleanliness and rules which leaves kids throwing food everywhere and using the equipment with no socks.

Poor customer service, never pickup the phone, staffs are always chatting rather then doing what the are meant to do. Equipments everywhere, and old. Lockers are broken, low hygiene level totally not acceptable. Showers are always broken, and steam room breaks in a regular basis. Do not recommend this gym, pool.
