The Plumstead Centre

First of all, Center manager & staff members are kind and very helpful. Excellent service & very clean centre.

Manager is very helpful whenever I have any query. I will definitely recommend this centre to give it a try.

The Plumstead Centre branch is becoming worse and worse everyday. Missing equipment. Chest Fly cable missing one side, chest exercise machine's adjustable seat is broken. Staffs are not available whenever members are looking for any help. There is no one at the reception, no one comes out even when pressing the bell. Water fountain is out of service almost a month, has not been fixed yet.

Without prior notice they keep on changing opening and closing times. They expect the members to check the timetable on the apps which does not even load sometimes. They do not even consider some members may not use smart phones. No email or text or letter notifications sent regarding the new opening times as they reduced the operating hours but charging the members same money.

On 28th November I went to the gym 10 mins to 9pm only to be told the gym's closing time has been changed to 9pm without any notice, didn't get any email, letters or any messages. Staff didn't want to explain anything just walked away. This gym is one of the most expensive in this area. The Varieties of exercise equipment's are very limited. What a joke.
Wrote to the manager over 3 weeks ago, who seems to struggle to complete his/her investigation yet. Simply fix the issues first, then complete the investigation.

We absolutely love Plumstead Soft Play! lovely and clean and friendly staff. It’s become part of our weekly routine. We’ve also booked the space for our one-year-olds party! Can’t wait.

I love the new gym. Beautifully laid out, spacious studios. immaculate and clean. Chris's dance class on a Tuesday is awesome! He has a great energy! I find all the staff to be helpful and efficient. Great team!

Fabulous place. My daughter absolutely loves it.
