Oswaldtwistle Library

This is a nice library. It is clean and efficient but it is the single noisiest library I have ever been to! Great for groups, a quick computer task or search for a book but not ideal if you are looking for a place to study or concentrate.

Staff are really helpful, friendly and welcoming. Quickest computers of any LCC library, lots of community links and activities for children and good selection of fiction books. A community asset!
