We recently visited Fareham Library to print off documents required for our cruise. They were brilliant professional and friendly. Thank you 🐾

It was my first time to visit Fareham Library while in the town centre and had a look at the place. I was surprised at the size of it - it is spacious inside! I have always preferred paperbacks to ebooks as I can skim through the pages. And this library has different genres of books to choose from which you would expect from a local library. You can’t miss the librarian’s station if you need any assistance. There’s a coffee shop on the right side of the main entrance for coffee or tea breaks. It’s a good place to enjoy books.

There are no clear signs showing how to return books that you have borrowed. The help desk is too far from the front door for people with walkers and the mat which might be good to remove dirt from shoes it makes using a walker hard work.
The coffee is too weak.
But the coffee area itself is good over all.

Visited the cafe inside the library. The lady serving us at the counter was very pleasant and brought our order over to our table. Very good coffees, and absolutely delicious sausage rolls. It was very clean. Tables and chairs are still being cleaned between occupation. Very good and enjoyable visit.

We visited the cafe today with our autistic daughter who was rather excitable and inquisitive, rather than being made to feel that we had to quiten her due to peoples stares the lovely lady becky who was running the cafe kept her entertained by blowing a rubber glove up for her which delighted her,we felt at ease and will definitely be returning for another cuppa ,many thanks to the wonderful staff again especially becky
