Hedge End Library

The staff always go out of their way to help, ordering in anything that you need if it's not on site. During the pandemic they are providing essential community support through their Ready Reads Scheme, helping to preserve people's mental health. Thank you!

I found my ancient library card in a drawer and went to Hedge End library to see if it was still valid. It wasn't - no surprise there. The lady behind the desk was most helpful and issued me a new card. She also explained how I can use any Hampshire library and also how to use their online digital services to read newspapers and magazines for free.

A good little library with very helpful staff and a decent enough selection. The team there will order books if you need them from other libraries. I hope it stays open !

My husband and I arrived late this afternoon to print out 2 documents sign them, scan them and then Email them. We couldn't use our own equipment as we had just moved and BT had let us down in setting our Broadband up.

From the moment we entered the Library to when we left the 2 staff, a female Manager and the young man helped us in every way possible. Thank you both. Michele and Andy B
