Hayes End Library

The staff are helpful, patient and the atmosphere is very cosy and comfortable. Toilets clean as well as general surroundings. Would use it again. However, please not its very small but they have an ordering service. Also the wifi sometimes blocks sites that I would say are not suspect or inappropriate.

Really nice friendly staff. My girls love the storytime session.

The worse customer service I've seen at a library!! I went there today in the afternoon the 2 INDIAN RECEPTIONIST OR WHATEVER U CALL THEM WERE VERY RUDE NASTY AND AGGRESSIVE! THE FILE SHE PRINTED FOR ME ENDED
UP ON THE FLOOR FOR ME TO PICK IT UP!! THE ONE THAT DID the print for me! VERY aggressive and rude VERY HORRIBLE LIKES IT SOMETHING PERSONAL ! LIKE SHE KNOWS ME FROM SOMEWHERE OR I STOLE HER MAN IF SHE HAS ONE!a elderly DISABLED lady was in the queue looks so scared I turned and look at her and we both shake our heads with the type of Rude service!
Thats not how a librarian should behave obviously the negative energy I receive there I just maintained myself because I'm aware I'm the biggest person ! And no one lower than me will get my energy! I just hope she deletes my details from the computer that I print u never know these days. Especially people who are just looking for a job and is not trained!!

A very nice, quiet and tidy library. I attend the Monday Tiny Tales sessions with my little one and it’s honestly fab! The staff are so engaging and interact with all the littles in the loveliest manner. My daughter has enjoyed the sessions so much and because of this I feel as though she’s come out of her shell more. She loves watering the plants/vegetables, colouring, singing nursery rhymes and listening to new stories each Monday. Farhia and Gurjinder (sorry for spelling errors) are very professional and welcoming. My daughter also loves another member of staff who kindly stamps her hands with fun shapes and colours. The fact that the sessions are also running during school holidays is a massive bonus as other activities in different locations are usually only available during term times. We are both looking forward to many more Monday morning Tiny Tales story times in the future.

I've used this library around once a week with my children for 9 years now and not a bad word to say about it. Very friendly staff, always nice and clean and although the library is small compared to others I the Borough there's always plenty of choice and staff are happy to order in for you if there's something you're looking for

Zanagul has been very professional and supportive when I visited in the Libyans I pretended that I can not speak English and she asked me about other different languages which she can communicate with me I asked her for Urdu and she was able to speak in Urdu despite of being Pakistani so I would like to thanks for the staff in the library who have assisted me in their best. Always very clean and calm. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Their system to search for the book you want is very effective. If they don’t have, they bring from other libraries and give you call when it is ready for collection.

Lovely quiet space to find a nice book or use computers. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
