I love Swanley Library. Not only does it save me a fortune in books. It also has a little cafe, toilets, Post Office, computer use etc.

The general service can be Ok, at best.

When the council have an attrocity, or unforeseen circumstances to approach.
Kent County Council generally have no cognitive way of dealing with communicating necessary relevant important and crucial information to the general public, who use their services.

If You Dont Use It, Youll Lose It. Possible fate.

This place is great because of the
1. Friendly and approachable library staff
2. Rhyme time classes for babies to pre-schoolers
3. Cute cafe selling delicious cakes and drinks for really reasonable prices
4. Very good selection of books on the shelves

More than just a library... cafe, post office and meeting place.

The library has post office and council office and computers that the public can use. A very useful place to visit. It is warm and clean and has toilets.

What’s the point of having a number to call if no one at the front desk answers queries.

Lovely little library, friendly helpful staff, added bonus of a post office on site and a great little cafe "Picalilly's" where you can get beautiful sandwiches, soup, bagels, cakes, hot drinks and service with a smile!
