Easy access but you pass through the gym's main entrance. Newspaper reading area. Small Starbucks Coffee bar served by Librarian. Lots of young people in there after schools get out. Quite a good selection of books, and audio books too

I have had excellent customer care at Botwell Green library. The staff are welcoming, friendly, professional and are dedicated to helping customers. They promote reading to both children, teens and adults and they have a lot of activities running like Tiny Tales which is a story time session for under fives. There is also a space dedicated to teenagers.Gemma is part of senior management and runs Botwell Green library and she is passionate about offering a welcoming space to all and she works with different teams like the youth team to offer the best customer care to teenagers and other customers. Mondays after 4 pm there is a space for teenagers, Hillingdon council is very proud of all 17 libraries and I am so happy that we have Hillingdon libraries as other boroughs do not offer this. Many thanks to the team at Botwell Green Library and I was served by Amy who offered me a Pc and she is always smiling.

I find the library really interesting and well kept. You do have to go pass the swimming pool/gym where you will met a rather unfriendly woman. I asked her for the library and she was like it’s over there. ( I was trying to work out what that even meant) left /right or jump in the pool. So I said what right… literally like a zombie no eye contact nothing and just nodded her head. Headed to the library and I found the most sweetest and helpful of staff. Totally opposite to the pool/gym receptionist.

I went to library🏫📚 it's good with some more space & also as group study area separate in upstairs (1st floor) , in down floor they are kids session area including some variety of books, stories, some active projection area in which children's can play some and for adults: novels, books with famous author, some romantic💏 books & novels also different language books 📚

It also includes swimming🏊 pool & gym 🏋🚴💪
I saw the gym with lot of equipments & there is a membership starts from 20 to 30 pound for a month
Some outdoor & indoor activities also available for kids including & excluding membership

Large Indian lady that works in this Library was rude. Questioned my gender x3 times when I went to register my Hillingdon card. I had already filled out the form so don't know why she was asking me the same questions. Equality and diversity should be mandatory training.

Zero English people, not very diverse environment for anyone white, staff seem rude and when asked about a genre of books just pointed in the general direction of the book, in fact it was in the complete opposite direction…..
