The silent spaces are anything but that and you will frequently find teenagers, who clearly have nowhere else to socialise or philander, arriving with textbooks as an accessory.
Hopefully the council will consider actually enforcing noise control or building an actual library soon. An unfortunate waste of government money.
I attended College in there too, but I go very often to the Library, to take books out, to read newspapers, to have light lunch at their Cafe (very good food and Good price)., have a drink, but specially just to chill out, to organize my mind and the time for rush about on the streets.
It's so welcoming that I have seen ppl sleeping on their chairs without been bothered at all.
Lovely welcoming friendly staff ready to help.
Fotocophies, scan, Computer use.
Thanks so much
