Tooting Library

Staffs are very cooperative and nice reading area plus kids space.

I have had a good experience with ordering and reserving items. This library hosts great kids activities and my children especially enjoyed the murder mystery adventure for which they won certificates and medals which was a nice touch. In collaboration with their school they host many activities as well. Quite a spacious layout. The only reason for 4 star is that the centre has struggled with squatters outside who also use the toilets inside regularly.

Rhyme time at Tooting Library is the hottest ticket in town (for under 5s). Gillian, the hostess with the mostess, rocks out Mondays and Tuesdays from 10am for half an hour of hand clapping, feet stomping classics such as the wheels on the bus and sleeping bunnies.

Rhyme time is amazing- I would appreciate when singing baa baa black sheep, if other colours were sang; baa baa blue/white sheep.

The staff were extremely helpful & I was very impressed with the knowledge of both the young ladies who assisted me as I am not very good at working out how to print documents & tickets.

Good selection of books. Internet access if required plus some other services.

Good local library with many facilities.

Calm and welcoming environment with knowledgeable staff. Lovely preschool singing sessions and holiday activities for kids of all ages. My two boys love coming for a browse!
