A great library, with very helpful staff and in a beautiful historic building.

I’ve been using Kendal library since I moved here over 30 years ago - it has a great selection of books and other resources, friendly and helpful staff, and is always a warm and welcoming place. Thanks for a brilliant service.

Lovely place. Really welcoming and friendly. Fantastic service. Staff very helpful and approachable. I visit Kendal Library every Saturday with my family. Fantastic collection of books, also audiobooks. My kid loves this library. We're looking forward to joining the reading challenge this year!

Kendal library is always a pleasure to visit. The staff are always courteous and friendly and will do everything they can to help customers. They always have a great selection of new books. Titles unavailable in the library can be obtained through the request service at no charge.

Wonderful place! The library is a fascinating building in terms of both it’s architecture and the range of it’s stock. The staff are fantastic. I have been lucky enough to use the library with groups of children researching local history and the staff could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Superb.

This is a great library. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I think there may be something amiss with all of the recent poor reviews. There are some very sad people about who must have far too much time on their hands if they have time to take out of their day to leave false poor reviews for a much valued local resource. Keep up the good work all at Kendal library.

Excellent Library, very friendly and helpful staff. Don't listen to reviews about this so called Buzztex audits. I was there that day and he was very argumentative and provoked the staff. Several customers left due to his disgusting behaviour.
