Great little library. Helpful staff too. You can even have a wonderful cup of coffee at the same time whilst browsing through their wide selection of books. So handy to have a library near where I live. No need to go to an oversized and overcrowded places on the high street where you have difficulty trying to find a free parking space.

Friendly local library! Great selection of books, plus a lending library where you can borrow things like lawn mowers, tea urns and stuff! So useful! I borrowed some garden equipment at the start of summer.
The staff are super helpful too.

Great customer service and library facilities. Although I have internet, computer, printer & scanner, I will continue to use & support #UpperNorwoodLibraryHub. They are a lifeline if you don't have access to IT.

Such a good system. Its really fast and efficient, everything was at it should be. I did have a couple of questions setting up but these were dealt with really quickly. I am going to recommend to everyone I know in Crystal Palace.
