It’s very good and silent place for children, adults & alders. Magazine and news papers available in various language, I.e. Gujarati, Hindi, Urdu, English etc. Registered people can use internet for limited time as well.
Printing and photocopy facilities also available.

if you want to study or work here, look elsewhere, the noise is ridiculous and people just let their children run around and scream.
children just play loudly on the computers and play around the fire exit.
The staff are okay, but there is one in particular that does classes that needs to fix her attitude. the toilet here is quite gross, though i must admit its clean in the morning, so the people that come here just don't care how they treat the place.
overall more like a loud day care centre/play area than a library.

They should rename "Quiet Room" to "The loudest room in Wembley". People chat away loudly in different languages as if it's a party! Horrible! And it gets worse when someone receives a phone call. The ringtones are gaudy and then the conversation is even louder as if they're trying to talk with the caller directly across the city rather than through the phone.
Staff is good. Facilities are nice. Inconsiderate people visiting just make it awful!

The quiet room isn’t really the quiet room. Some people just decide to have a chat in the middle of the room, arising from political, social or economic contexts. It’s very informative, but not for the purposes of a quiet room.

The service is great, although number of pcs dropped to minimum amount. But there is security guard and hand sanitizer stations for staff and users. There are limited people allowed in the library and no WiFi available in library. So go only when you require to.

I’ve only been here once but I won’t go again. The three stars are for the staff, they were nice about everything. The whole point of a library is that it’s a quiet space where you can work, but it was extremely noisy. It seemed like people came there to socialise and make work calls, with no consideration for anyone else. I couldn’t focus nor complete my work and decided to leave quickly.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I went in to ask for a mini cab number and was given 4 for me to try. I can't comment on the actual library itself, but the helpfulness and kindness of the people get 4 out of 5 stars from me !!
