New Haw Library

Good books for all ages with very kind and helpful staff that are willing to search for the perfect book to your suiting. It always has the latest books in an organised manner from detective to fantasy in a genre to genre order.

This is a nice place for people of all ages to come and spend time. Quite comfortable. Congratulations to the volunteer staff for keeping this valuable community space going. However, they do tend to bundle you out of the door a bit sharpish at closing time. Fair enough, I s'pose, as they are working unpaid for the good of the community and they need to get home.

I will always support new haw library as it is my local village, the library is run by volunteers who are very friendly and helpful.. We are very lucky to have a library the more people who use the library is beneficial to our community.

Really good selection of books at this library considering it is a small one. Valuable service

My experience while visiting New Haw library today was first class.
Bearing in mind that all staff today are voluntary, this was extremely kind of all three to help me with such a challenging request*, particularly on such a lovely day, and this is a service that the community and council ought to treasure.

* not helped by the library’s current “dinosaur” computer software, which appeared to be anything but “user friendly” to me. I hasten to add that this is only being voiced by me, the staff today faced my task with nothing but smiles and dedication.
