Crewe Library

The 2 old dears working- 1 upstairs and the other downstairs both very unpleasant people. Appalling customer service and when you ask for help with paying your account you get looked at like you've robbed them!! Only needed to print something due to my printer being out of action! Would rather drive to the Nantwich library where you actually get appreciated. Best of it was it was 9.10am and no one was in there (must be busy learning how to use a computer)

Staff are friendly they point you in the right section for the book your after, but not take to it..
Library still has a good selection of books but nowhere near the volume of books it used to have.
Clean place although it is still fairly new build

Good sized library which, therefore, carries a good range of books alongside the other services that libraries offer. Please use your library otherwise we will lose them!

Love to be there, not so long member but definitely regular customer right now.
Very relaxing and enjoyable place in Crewe.

I love a library! Crewe library is warm and inviting. Well stocked with books, catering for ages 0 - 100. Tha staff are welcoming and always helpful. I have just been to my monthly book club run by Catherine, a librarian, and we always have a good natter about books read, books recommended and it's lovely to socialise with like minded people.

I used to use the (old building) library each week for many years & found them very helpful & friendly indeed.
And twice since the move to this new building & yes, still great staff.

If however, you would prefer snooty, quite rude & unhelpfull 'staff' which have for decades seen themselves way above assisting the public in any fashion ever - then Sandbach library is certainly the place to call 'home' for you!
