Westcotes Library

Very slow computers, problems with printer. Just wasted half an hour doing nothing. If you need to print something asap, I do not recommend this place, I rather go to a nearby cafe and print it in seconds.

Closed due to covid simple drop off in letterbox for books. Otherwise large well stocked library

A good quiet place to spend the afternoon reading. A good offer of diverse books.

My 1st visit to a library in over quarter of a century. Lovely staff, so helpful, gave me a tour. Mentioned a book, so they reserved it and couldn’t give me more information. On leaving had a laugh and a chat with 3 staff. Made me feel so welcome.

Libraries are suppose to be quiet and this place is not.

The staff is super nice and u can have any book if u can't find one u just ask the staff about it.

Stop deleting my review. A woman on reception in burka was xenophobic. Her manners and how she treated me were disgusting. I had husband with me as a witness. When I complained about it they accused me from lying and refused to deal with my complain. If I am a liar why you deleting my review? Afraid of truth? Covering it up? Better write a formal answer!
