One of the most favourite libraries! The staff is very friendly and there is a lot of books for all ages and stages. Also, they have a good schedule of events for children and development activities for adults. Highly recommended!

Lots of space for reading, using laptop.

Free WiFi. Easy to connect, no need complicated process.

Provide WC for reader to use, unlike Bromley central library or Orpington library which has no public toilet for reader.

spacious library with free wifi and easy to Connect. I’m coming very often and I always enjoy being here. Staff very helpful too.

Everything is good, except for some people that I do not know who they are, staff or customers. They always made noise, talking and laughing loudly, even in a quiet area.

Maybe the library needs some more rule signs to let everybody knows they should keep quiet here.

Good library, particularly for kids. Recently revamped. Looks great.

Loved this library! Spacious, modern and so chill. Loved the vibe. Defo one of the best libraries I've been to! :) x

I have been a member for years, as has my mum, both of us have taken out numerous books and used the service to order a book from another london library.

I have also borrowed borrowed CD's DVDs and used the computers for Internet access and printing in there. Staff are generally helpful, and the hours it's open for are very good.

Zero stars if I could. Gone down in the last few years. Staff are beyond rude, I am disabled and was made to feel unwelcome and discriminated against. I only came to use the wifi facilities for a short time and was harrassed by a very rude, incompetent black british man who had the cheek to say he wouldn't like to see me or any others like me here 'sponging' the free facilities. Apparently libraries are not free to use any more...Finsbury library or any other in the vicinity would be a much better option not work quietly and undisturbed.
