My Consultant Joshua Laviniere was both professional and courteous. He was very informative, charismatic and made the process feel very easy. I never felt pressured and was a breath of fresh air to speak with. He sold to me all the great aspects of the insurance and was very clear about it all. He is a great asset to your team. Great job, thank you Josh.

Life insurance is something you wouldn’t normally think about at 25 but Josh helped me understand the process and benefits from the cover provided with ease.

Josh in particular is an easy going character that answers all the questions throwing in a bit of comedic value so it’s not all doom and gloom. Also giving the option to look at other policies of cover aswell (great salesman) definitely would be going through him again when it comes to any cover I need

Just taken out my plan with Andrew Matthews - I’ve got to say he was really easy to talk to and listened to what I wanted. He was clear and easy to understand - All my information came through direct by text and email, so know waiting around and covered straight away / Thank you

The advisor I spoke to (Krupa Patel) was extremely engaging and personable. Always explaining and checking that I was ok with everything.
I can honestly say a first class service was delivered.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the sales guy at Enduralife. Pushy, talking over me and condescending, I would never buy anything from anyone bullying me in to it.
My advice is to stay as far away from this company as possible! Definitely not somewhere I’d trust to a) give me good financial advice or b) with even a £1 of my money!

Krupa Patel was very patient and understanding of my idiotic jokes and has the nicest nature for an insurance salesman.
On a serious note the company is trustworthy and efficient in there services.

The rep for enduralife,Bilal Awan, was a true professional, from the start of introducing himself, and the company he represents, to explaining the products that could possibly be of benefit in years to come, to listening to our explanations and our preference to leave things as they were, the whole process was very friendly and comfortable, not once did we feel pressured to buy a new policy etc, I would recommend to any senior citizen out there looking to upgrade or even take a brand new life insurance policy out, to go no further than contact this company, especially Bilal, thank you once more Enduralife, great to see there is company’s out there, that are customer first, I 1,100% recommend , yours mrs and Mrs George Morgan
