After deciding to get quotes for Life insurance, as existing one is increasing at a high rate, spoke to Steve Hart who was really friendly. After receiving all the information he required from me, he explained in detail what would happen in the process of finding an insurance company who would provide the insurance requested. When I was concerned about one aspect of the process I was given a couple of days to check this out. Steve rang me back a couple days later to see if I was now happy to proceed. He again explained everything in full detail, and made sure I was happy to go ahead for the insurers to underwrite a policy. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

I was rather cynical at first. Especially since I had originally found this on FaceBook and of course the old adage that 'insurance is never bought it is sold'!. But this turned out be unfounded. The process was thorough, respectful, not pushy and very professional throughout.
