Worst customer experience of my life and £120 wasted. I know that sounds dramatic but I sincerely mean this.

Packages get lost or delayed sometimes; that is life. However, when that happened with this seller, despite me doing ALL the work by making a full investigation with THEIR courier this seller still refused to help.

THEIR courier confirmed that they lost the package and marked it as delivered incorrectly!

I bought via amazon so they are washing their hands of it even though amazon say it is a third party seller and they should refund me. Parcelforce which is THEIR courier also say they should refund me and seller make a claim against Parcelforce. INSTEAD they call me a scammer, despite me sending 18 messages, spent easily 8 hours on calls over the last month. Why would I do all that for a lamp if I did not genuinely receive it ? The fact they won’t access my investigation with the courier or tell Parcelforce to call them back because the tracking information is now incorrect online in order to confirm what I say is true is disgraceful.

Disgusting behaviour. After a month I lost the plot with them because they won’t read or accept the emails from Parcelforce confirming it went to the wrong address. It’s “tough luck” for me. They have told me to make a claim with Amazon and hope for the best. They are knowingly using the incorrect tracking information as their evidence so all I can do is hope amazon review my emails from the seller’s courier which prove the tracking information is wrong.

I wish I could give negative stars this has really stressed me out and over a lamp for crying out loud!
