RUDE MANAGER. Really positive experience over the phone with a sales assistant, Josh who answered my questions and invited me into the store to give me what I needed. I'm not an electrician so asked Josh some simple questions about wiring, only for the manager to bark at me for being ignorant. Walked out and got exactly the same parts (cheaper) next door at Screw Fix.

Great prices, extremely friendly staff & helpful staff, handy location next door to screwfix I bought some led light fittings from screwfix then went into this store however once I saw the better quality and price I returned the screwfix items and got what I need from national lighting
