Lux Limo

Booked a PINK hummer for my daughters 12th birthday with friends. paid deposit, confirmation never come through. constantly emailed and never received it. Spoke to them the day before it was booked, all details were fine. 3 HOURS before limo was due to arrive had a call to say only WHITE spec available but was the same inside...I asked about price being amended as this WASNT what we ordered and surely the pink limo should have been checked earlier than hours before it was due to leave, and the fact my daughter and her friends were all expecting PINK, had no way of telling them as they were in school and being picked up after .. got told to speak to the driver about getting a slight discount due to the LATE notice and extra soft drinks would be provided for the kids. spoke to driver when they come to be told price could not be amended, wouldn't leave until was dealt with, spoke to same person on phone who then said it couldn't be changed as same spec.. blah blah blah STILL NOT WHAT I ORDERED! was told they were 'cheapest' anyway-actually I had been quoted less elsewhere but they seemed a decent company.. soon proved themselves wrong. paid for an hour drive but after the driver delayed it.. 20 minutes.. and the girls had to share a 2litre bottle of coke between 14 of them! tried to ring company the next day no answer funny enough. definitely would not recommend!!

We booked the Pink Hummer for my sister Hen Night in Birmingham from Coventry. The service is excellent and found Lux Limos was the best in price. We even got balloons and banners and bubbles which the girls loved! The driver Shane who is a awesome driver came early and make the day very special. We got photos at the end and enjoy the experience! All in the best limo company i have used and see you on my wedding with the Bentley and Baby Bentley Limo. From Jane and all the happy Hens!

Great experience. Booked several weeks in advance, dealing with Sam who called the week before to confirm everything. Adrian arrived early and was polite and very patient with a car full of 10 year olds!! I felt that the Limo hire was very good value for money given the surprised look on my son's face and would definitely use again in the future. Thank you

We booked the Rolls Royce Phantom and black Hummer Limo for our wedding day in Luton and have to say the company was the cheapest and the cars were A+... the drivers on the day Shane and Mo were very good and helped us on the wedding day... We’re booking with Lux Limos for Royal ascot 2018 in the limo bus.... can’t wait!!!

The service we received from these was outstanding. The ease of booking, confirmation, payment was excellent.
They rang few days before to check booking was still ok.
The driver was pleasant, and did not rush us, plenty of time for photos, before taking the children to their prom.
Would definitely recommend these and will hopefully get to use them again
