A special shout out to Ellie Rutherford (342252). Seriously you made me feel so comfortable and my partner and I were taken aback by your customer skills.
Since putting on weight I was put off with buying 'nice' underwear, you measured, advised and reassured. I asked you lots of questions about each style and you told me what to expect. I always look at styles but didn't know what would suit me. My partner persuaded me to get measured as I always end up in tears as I've always been body shamed. Nothing looks right or feels right...even if it does. I just never felt good.
Even when something I liked wasn't in stock you ordered it online to be delivered to me in the East Midlands! I felt comfortable to ask you questions that I'd feel embarrassed asking otherwise. I can't thank you enough. I feel great with my choices and styles. My partner and I wish you a great career progression you definitely are a star!

Walked in with my wife. She told me not to touch anything (as if...). Walked back out again. Looks very indulgent and I'm sure women would be very excited to be in there. Which is why my wife plans going back (alone). Friendly staff who made us feel welcome and had a giggle.

OK ish. Reasons for returning questioned twice by manager to the assistant.... no fitting rooms or services to try before buying so obviously people are going to return incorrect size clothes!!
