I have visited many times this store and i have been very satisfied about my shopping and the staff but yesterday when I was there with my friend and I was looking around in the shop a lady (orange clown) came to me and asked me with a rude tone "what do I want"!!! I answered that i am here with my friend and I am looking around. But that was not enough for her.. she talked with an other lady of the staff and she sent her to us , i felt so uncomfortable.... I felt like i am a thief or that men are not allowed in this shop... The second lady was great very helpful and polite but that clown made me very uncomfortable for been there. I wanted to leave my shopping and go . The staff needs definitely training about how to behave with customers, not all of the staff is the same but one person can really make the bad difference

I went to the shop few times and never could really to get someone to help me out. Today I went there with friend of mine and tried to buy smt. I asked the lady at the till called Ramona if I could get the tape to measure myself because I’m not sure what size I could be. She told to go for a size that i usually go for. I tried to explain her I’m usually go for 3 different sizes depending on the brand and clothing I buy. She just kept telling me how she knows what size she usually is and I should know too in a very rude manner. At the end when it was clear to me she won’t give me the tape or any actual help I just left . It’s really a shame because I didn’t ask her to really go out of her way to help me, just a measuring tape so I can measure myself.

Have not been to this store much since it moved down. But I went here to look around but to also get a bra fitting. Went here Halloween weekend so was more busy than usual.
Went here with a friend who also wanted the same. We came in and were greeted at the door which was nice. Went to the changing rooms and there were 2 women one who was hanging items and taking others away and the other was just hanging around.
Asked the younger looking one about getting a bra fitting, as stated you don't have to book you can just walk in and ask for one which is what we did. the girl just looked at me then walked back to talk back to the other person asking them something, she then came back and went yeah we do but all the changing rooms were full at that moment, so I then asked OK do you know how long we would have to wait and very rudely said all the changing rooms were taken, very rude in my opinion and very unhelpful. we just walked away and ended up looking around and forgot about the fitting here. To be honest I would rather go to another store where staff are friendly and helpful or go someone else.
Maybe staff should be trained on how to deal with customers better and talk to them other wise you will loose customers in this store, the 2 stores in oxford street have better staff who actually talk to their customers better.

I had bought in an item that was packaged in a box. The box had been ripped apart and taped together. I bought this as it was the only size available. When going to the tills I specifically told the worker it is ripped will this be an issue if it does not fit and I need to return? She said it’s fine as long as it comes back the same way. Going on to today I go in to return the item. There’s issues due to it ‘not coming in the right way’. So why was it sold to me in that way. Why not write on the receipt before selling it (the package was sold broken). Ridiculous. To top it off management we’re talking under their breathe. Giving the most attitude ‘I can’t sell this’. Awful service. The fact that I’ve not been refunded something that I have never worn!! Should have never sold it to me in that way in the first place.

Website shows opening time to be 10am. At 10:30am I met bunch of people outside the shop that been waiting and have been told shop will open at 11 only to return at 11 and be told it will be another 10-15 min because they are organising stock or whatever. If they open whenever staff feels like they should mention it on their website… what king of business does that.

Love this shop as it has a great range of products but you can die in the queue waiting to be served. It might be a wrong time of the day to do shopping here in the afternoon but there were four people in the queue and one super slow person at the till. It might be a good idea to serve customers at the till first to avoid the congestion in the tight space and to improve customers retention. I could not wait any longer so I left without buying the chosen items and I doubt I would come back again.

Bit of a mixed bag TBH. Went in today (31/12) at around 3.30 Lady on greet looked miserable. Lady on shop floor was extremely lovely greeted me and asked if I needed help and person on till was unhelpful and just looked bored. Didn't speak to me at all and when someone asked her for help locating item she just mumbled 'over there' without any indication as to where exactly over there was! Been in a few times and usually really good service throughout. Really disappointed

Hi, I visited your store in Stratford 4/12/2021, around 18.15 I believe.
I was finding it difficult to find a suitable outfit for an event I was attending on that day. I was greeted and asked if I needed help from a lady by the name Cache'dior. I would like to say that the service I received from this lady was remarkable. She went above and beyond to find me the perfect outfit. She was approachable and patient with me (I am a really fussy person 🤦‍♀️). She always smiled whilst speaking to me and was polite, friendly and professional. I rarely give feedback but this was exceptional customer service and I wanted to take the time to say your staff member was amazing
