Ann Summers Sutton

Don't bother visiting this store. You'll only be wasting your time now that the older, sensible lady who was there for years has left.
Was told by one of their staff I could exchange without a receipt for whatever the current selling price is. Went in the next day to do just this and was told no. Funny that. Given 1 - it contradicts what I was told the day before and 2 - it's what every other Ann Summers store does. Same with my NUS card. I was asked if I had a UNIDays card instead and they refused to give me a student discount with my NUS card. The very same NUS card that is good enough for every single other Ann Summers store and has my name, photograph and expiry date on.

I would complain to their customer service department but they are more like a customer NO service department. It's like pulling teeth trying to get anything sensible and consistent out of them.

I visited this store with my husband and apon arrival the two female staff looked at us as if to say why are you in here. Made us feel exremely uncomfortable and unwelcome we wanted to have a look around but we soon left as we felt so unwelcomed to be there. Will never return to this branch. If I could give zero stars I would.

This store is worst one ever! The staff here are so bad! I witnessed a lady being laughed at by a staff member because she was in a wheel chair,however the young mixed race lady who was attending to her was absolutely lovely and helpful whilst two other staff members stood there laughing and speaking over the customer! Bad atmosphere amongst staff and really uncomfortable to shop here! Avoid

Now. I don’t know what my fellow reviewers have been smoking on whilst writing their reviews. BUT. Came here with the bois to watch the footie and have a couple bevvys the other day. Wifi was 10/10 Speed, Beer cold, and all TVs were on so we could see the game. Seating comfier than soft bread. Great sports bar, a great evening.
