Am absolutely bowled over with the service I received in the Chelmsford store. Very professional and non judgmental. I purchased bras and a swimsuit. Am very happy. Thank you Jennie and Charlotte.

Amazing place to get plus sized underwear/bra's for women. They provide great help with fitment and adjustments. Wide variety of big size bra's. Personal fitment appointments possible as well, I noticed whilst waiting.

The girls in here were so helpful on Saturday. Rushed of their feet but still made the time to help you find the right bra and swimwear size. Wont order on line anymore. I would sooner go there.

Brilliant service getting my daughter bra fitted. The bras are not cheap but the service and bra library is worth a visit

Not for me but the wife enjoyed their personal attention and service returning a week later to buy agsin. Very busy so must be getting things right.

I have visited this store a couple of times over the last few months and have been very impressed with the customer service I received! The ladies who fitted me were exceptionally patient and I left with several purchases. I am happy to have found a shop where I can find the size and styles right for me!

Been a bravissimo customer for some time now, so went to get a couple of white bras today.
Jennie was my saviour, really really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Managed to purchase Darcy bra, Melrose bra, Mango bay bikini top and Budapest bikini top.
Treated myself ! Never change Bravissimo.

Couldn't speak more highly of the staff. First time visiting this location and it had the same professionalism and kindness as I have always experienced from Bravissimo. Fitting is in a private area upstairs with stair of lift access. I parked in Bond Street car park and is very short walk away. Will definitely be back before the summer.
