Two girls were serving in the store on 21apr and one of them was very helpful but the other was very mean. I asked for help for fitting bra and she just told me that the one I am wearing is ok, didn't Even make an effort to measure and workout the right size.

Great experience at Anne summers in Maidstone. The staff are very helpful the second you walk through the door. I tried on a lot of outfits and some were too big, so I just push a button and one of the girls came and got me the size I needed. She also offered to do a bra measurement which i took her up on. Even until the end, they were all very helpful. Thank you Laura, Lisa and Pip.

Firstly, upon walking in with my partner, the colleagues seemed to show a visible dislike towards my partner when he was talking to me and asking me questions about the outerwear range. A colleague overheard the conversation and proceeded to answer his question as though everyone should know that Anne Summers has a outerwear range. So, I brushed this off and proceeded to grab a couple outerwear range to try on, in preparation for new years party. When going up to the changing room there was a sign to say there should be a colleague to show you to the fitting rooms. But we looked and there was no colleague around, so I went in to a empty changing room with my partner and he gave me his view on what outfit to pick. I brought my partner into the changing room because other companies allow it and there was no sign saying no men around. Yet the same colleague from proceeded to berate my partner about laws in changing room. Secondly if your the colleague reading this please stop confusing company policy with law because it was just embarrassing as law students we saw right through it. My partner was left to feel like a predator by this colleague and I am taking this to head office.

I've been to Ann Summers many times all have been more or less average experiences (but still good) today however absolutely amazing experience, Nicky helped us (me and my mum) today and she was absolutely amazing she took time to make sure i was in the right size and fit, that i liked my bra and my experience was good, she was so positive, so kind, relatable and lovely. When she checked out a different customer was so pleased with the lady that helped her and i spoke to the other customer saying everyone in the store is so happy today because of these two ladys. I hope both the girls get some sort of recognition and a promotion because they gave everyone an outstanding experience.

I drove from Gillingham to Maidstone today specifically to visit this store. 3 woman at the back steaming garments all discussing covid. Customers do not want to hear you views maybe atleast pause your conversation and ask if the customer needs any help. I had to drive to bluewater on my first day off in a month. Thanks ladies!!!!
