Have shopped here in the past but my recent shop was not as good staff more interested in what they were going to drink and when me and my boyfriend were enjoying and laughing at what we wanted to buy and have fun with the older shop assistant was not happy and look very annoyed . Shame as have always had good service in the past.

I was going to make a purchase this morning but felt so uncomfortable that I had to leave as the manager decided to start shouting at the staff in front of customers.
Felt really bad for the staff as it wasn’t really something worth kicking off about, especially with customers in the store.

Helpful staff nice and relaxed in there, staff comfortable chatting about products- Tanya was very good.

Called in the morning to enquire about bra fittings. Was told they were available if I avoided coming into the shop at 'dinnertime'. I arrived at 2pm to an empty shop with 2 staff working and was told they couldn't do it because there weren't enough staff. The lady told me to come back around 3-4 ISH! I arrived no more than a few minutes after 4pm and was then told it could not be done as there were too many people in the store and I had arrived a few minutes after 4. I'm sorry but if I had arrived a few minutes before 4 there would have been people in the shop so why be unable to do it when the shop is empty also? Seems like they just couldn't be bothered doing it to me. Very unhelpful and unpleasant staff.

Staff were rude to us as soon as we walked in. Having a go at us for not wearing masks even though we are exempt. I know it’s their job to ask. But that’s it. It’s not their job to judge us and have an attitude about it. Just plain rude and made us extremely uncomfortable to continue shopping there. Won’t be returning that’s for sure.

Excellent staff. Helpful staff. Got quality bargains. Also take Blue light card for 20%off.
