Lady J Lingerie

I have only been to this shop once and will definitely not be going back. I was measured then purchased a set. I wore the bra once and it dug in leaving very bad marks.

I went back and there are no exchanges etc.

I therefore went to 3 other lingerie shops to be measured. All 3 of these other shops measured me with a different result and completely baffled how the lady at lady j lingerie got such an incorrect measurement.

I know feel i have been scammed out of £50!!!!

Having had previous bad experiences from other places i was at first dubious and nervous but the lady who was professional and friendly soon put my nerves at ease and i felt comfortable.
I had a really good experience and made purchases whilst there.
Lady J Lingerie is now my go to place.

I have always hated going to buy bra's, until going here and talking to jackie lovely lady i have been going here for about 4/5 years every bra fits perfect and if not got you size it order and it arrive a few day later,thank you jackie for a relaxed friendly trip every time i come in don't hate bra shopping x

I hadn't been measured in years and due to covid most shops wouldn't allow me to try on the bra before I bought it , I was so glad when I found out I could be fitted properly at lady j lingerie. The lady was so lovely and the bras looked great quality. After trying on many bras we found one that she said fit altho I could see I was bulging out under the arm and felt tight across the breast being a balcony bra I thought this was odd ,she said that it's normal and once washed should fit better. I was also under the impression that if it didn't fit I could return it. I tried to where it for a few hours once I got home and it caused marks and rashes under the arm and across my breast. When to return it 5x over 2 weeks and the shop was closed every time , when I did manage to go while shop was open I was refused a refund and told I can't return underwear , even tho every shop I've ever been to allows you to return bras just not pants ! I argued this and in the end she gave me a voucher worth the price of the bra. Not happy as I had to buy another bra in my size from m&s and needed the money back as I couldn't afford to spend so much on bras so have been left short this month :(

I hadn't been measured for a few years partly due to covid, so the ones I bought from a well known retailer were causing me discomfort and chafing. I went to lady j last week (didn't have to make an appointment) and was measured by Jackie and bought two lovely pretty and comfortable bras. Great service and great price

I went in the other day after seeing the free bra fitting signs to enquire about getting measured, the lady was so rude to me to the point where I felt like I wasn’t welcome. I left without a measurement or buying anything and I won’t be going back!

I haven’t been measured before and wanted to get something that would fit me comfortably. The lady was quite rude when I was asking questions about the fitting which made me feel uncomfortable
