Bravissimo

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Dropped in with my partner to get a fitting suited for her. She was complaining recently of back and support issues, I wanted to get her something to relieve her of these issues. As I walked in there around 5 people at the front desk chatting away not doing anything particular. I mentioned if anyone could help my partner, the manager was incredibly rude with her replies and mannerism. She made us feel unwelcome and wasn't helpful at all. We also asked for advice as an alternative to which she replied she doesn't offer measurings and the way there store works is try and buy. At no point did either her or the other workers offered help to us while we were in the shop. I would never thought a shop with such dreadful service exists in oxford high street but we will forever be avoiding this store and mention the treatment we recieved from this store too. Do better be better, especially the shop floor manager, you were absolutely dreadful to speak to.

Visited the shop today for a bra fitting and I was so pleased with my experience I just had to leave a review!
I was fitted by Holly and served by another very nice lady at the desk who was wearing a striped dress and glasses (I think). I’m really happy with my new bras and the whole process was so easy and comfortable. They are all very knowledgeable and have great customer service. Highly recommend!

Wonderful customer service and a fab selection of styles and sizes. I was fitted by Holly who was very friendly and helpful. I was able to take my time trying on different things and didn't once feel rushed. The fitting rooms were very clean and comfortable and overall a really great experience.

I can not rate the oxford store more highly. Rayann made our experience amazing. She was on hand to offer advice and sizes for me and my daughter. We will definatly be back

Had the best experience in the Oxford store. I don’t live local but came to Oxford for some sale shopping on NYE. We popped into Bravissimo in the hope that I might find bras in my size as I have struggled all of my life to find bras that fit! I am a 36H/HH and most shops do not sell this size and I prefer to try on. On walking in the staff were so helpful they offered to help with fitting right there and then. The girl who helped me ‘Nell’ I think her name was, was AMAZING! She listened, was honest and was sooo helpful. She must have found about 20 bras for me to try on and if she thought one wasn’t 100% right she’d say and find a better size or get a different bra. I have never had so much choice I ended up buying 4 bras and have been wearing them since and they are so comfy. Thank you so much Nell and Oxford store Bravissimo will definitely be back and recommending to family and friends.

I hadn’t realised Bravissimo was in Oxford so when me and my daughter walked in the staff went out of their way to help find a bra that fits my daughter who has a very strange size. We found two bras that actually fit!!! Thank you

What a lovely team!
I was assisted with a bra fitting by Donna who was very helpful and never made me feel like I had to buy from the store, She was not pushy at all. She even wrote down the bras that I liked so I could think about it.
I had no idea what I wanted and she helped me choose a beautiful bra in the perfect size.
Will definitely be buying from there again.
