I went with my daughter for a bra sizing and fitting. Every member of staff working Sunday 25th September 2022 were absolutely brilliant, helpful and patient with me, I've never really been sized and fitted before. I will be going back to shop there again, sorry girls but your customer service was just so good 😁

Honestly, it was my first time in Victoria’s Secret and I had no clue what my bra size was. Amira was super kind, patient and walked me through how bras are supposed to sit and fit! Finally found my ideal size, and I was super happy to finally have bras that fit perfectly! Thank you again! ❤️

Ridiculously poor service!
I bought a pj as a gift and specified that when paying. Now, Most of people will be familiar with the classic pink ribbon which wraps Victoria's pjs and this particular one was out of it, so as it was a gift, I asked the cashier if she could fix it but she didn't pay attention to it, she just wrapped it up like it was and bagged it. I didn't want to make a complaint as I thought I would made a better package myself back home. Well, I go home and I realize that she didn't even took the steal proof tag from it! Nonetheless to say, I went back to the store to ask them to remove it today . Again, costumer service wasn't the best in the branch. The lady did not apologized, or said anything about it and didn't even say goodbye. Honestly disappointing. I am never purchasing in that shop again!
