Worse quality . I brought 2 pair of tights £12 each and they were ripped the same day I wear it . Incredible !

Exceptionally bad customer service I have just received in there for the first time ever. A black woman in there was very rude. I asked her to show me where an item in the window was and got told aggressively ‘it’s at the front ‘. I asked her again to show me where as I already had looked and got nothing but rudeness and bad attitude. Worst customer service I have ever received. She is not good representation for the brand at all.

Love the great selection of underwear & adult toys if you're lucky do have some sale things sometimes as can be a bit pricey but good quality xx

My experience was absolutely lovely the staff made me feel so welcome especially (Tracy & Sophie) they both helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was so impressed with how tidy and organised the shop floor was as I've visited other (ann summers) stores in the past and not found the same level of care and attention I'm very happy with my purchases. i will be highly recommending this brunch to my friends/family members 🙂

Cheap lingerie and toys... One of them never worked. Also I kept receiving unwanted commercial e-mails, which is very annoying. For sure I won't buy there again.
