Absolutely fantastic service. Staff are so knowledgeable and welcoming. We holiday in Pembrokeshire every year and I came across Pretty Lovely last year and went in for advice and fitting of a sports bra. It was such a lovely experience that I went back this year for maternity and nursing bras.

Purchased a £90 bikini for my wife which she didn’t like. Tried to return it 4 days later and they wouldn’t accept it, very disappointed with the service and how the matter was dealt with.

holidays. No other website had any stock, so I was delighted they were able to get it.
They sent it Special Delivery, which was much appreciated as it arrived 2 hours before I left.

Fabulous service, booked an appointment online for me and my niece which was really easy and then when we went, wow! Katie is amazing, no tape measure, just knew from looking at us. I can't believe how long I've been wearing the wrong size and how much better I feel now! Fantastic!
