Visited this shop recently and was extremely pleased with the friendly professional manner of the fitting assistant that served me. Purchased a really comfy bra and I will be returning very soon.

Went to Flowerbags for a bra fitting recently. Lovely shop with plenty of choice, had a bra fitting and purchased two lovely bras with the help of the staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone as staff friendly and had the opportunity to try on bras and find the perfect ones. Fell in love with the swimwear too. Will be going back, Thank you ladies.

Very rude staff. Went in to try sizes after calculating size online. Assistants did not want to let us try bras on without being sure we would buy. When I said I just wanted to check size and maybe buy, they said that's 'not a service they offer' despite it saying they do fitting on the website. When I didn't want to buy they were very unfriendly and we're talking rudely about me to each other while well within earshot. Will not be going back- they would do well to realise people will not buy from them if not treated well!

What a great bra fitting service, helpful and friendly staff and lots of choice of bras in different styles. I've used a high street bra fitting service in the past and felt very rushed; at Flowerbags they want you to take your time and choose the right bra for you in the right fit. I've bought underwear from Flowerbags online too and everything has been very high quality. Definitely recommended.

Extremely rude sales assistant/owner who made my daughter feel really embarrassed and uncomfortable. She spoke to us in an appauling manner because we accidently got make up on the first and only bra that she let my daughter try on. I immediately offered to pay for this but the sales assistant/owner proceeded to speak to us in an appauling manner. Disgusting customer service. I did pay for the bra and as we left the shop she shouted in a very patronising, sarcastic, belittling way 'good luck'. We left the shop feeling upset and appalled and the whole experience. She kept saying that she doesn't usually work a Saturday as if she didn't really want to be there. We will never return.
