Really had a bad shopping experience here. One of the pieces of clothing broke after 1 wear, I went to return it and the rude manager insisted that it had been worn, and thus unreturnable. I explained that I'm not denying it wasn't worn but instead that it wasn't fit for purpose. In the end I was "kicked out" of the store - had to do the return via the head office instead. Really wasn't fair as I wasn't abusing the system but felt like I had been sold a faulty product.

Friendly, non pressuring environment to buy fun things. While the items are more expensive and have a short(ish) shelf life, that is the same with all these types of products

Moderately large shop based in the centre of town. Good window display, friendly, unshockable staff.

Large selection of lingerie, marital aids and Sex toys for the broad minded. Good selection of dildo's and vibrators with prices ranging from moderate to eye wateringly expensive.

Fun and friendly, just don't take your mother!

Really open store, with a brilliant choice of underwear, with plenty of sizes too. Very friendly and helpful staff, even have a little button in the changing rooms to use if you need another size etc. Would recommend the bras, as they fit wonderfully, even with the bigger sizes.

Went in this week to get my bridal lingerie and the girls were lovely. Due to covid restrictions i couldn't try things on, but the staff were very helpful and reassuring!
