Nice helpful friendly staff. My local shop that aims to please.

Something seems to have happened here recently. Instead of friendly staff the shop seems to have gone downhill. The friendly staff of a few months ago have been replaced by two gentlemen who aren't very friendly, have the filthiest car you've ever seen and tried to shortchange me earlier on this evening. As I live locally I am now reluctant to use these premises unless standards improve.
Such a shame.

The beer here is cheaper than bargain booze!!!
