This place is a designated UPS parcel pick up point. What a joke. I try to drop a parcel off Saturday afternoon and they say ‘there’s no pick up until Monday, you will have to drop it off Monday because we don’t have the room to store it until then’
Why provide the service if you can’t fulfil it.
Complete waste of space this place is.

Whats the point of you being a ups access point, if you don't accept parcels after work hours ridiculous! Obnoxious person behind the till.

Now under new management!!!! Now very good customer service. Also opening time on time👌 Monday to Saturday 11am to 10pm , Sunday 12 midday to 9pm.

New management and everything has been redone inside. Much better now, plus the staff aren't rude like the last owner was.

All of a sudden closed for over a week now, with no information as to why its closed. Phone number from Google doesn't work so who knows what's happened to this place. Would be good if they could let locals what is happening via signage note on the shutters.
