I ordered something and set this shop as my pick up point. The assistant didn't find the parcel when I get there (after the notification from the sender saying it's ready for collection of course). It was supposed to be a birthday present so it didn't reach the recipient in time. After contacting the sender company it turned out that the parcel was there when I asked... Poor customer service

My favourite shop very good and friendly service the staff always helps you when you need and also you have drinks from all over the world and food also from different countries and they are open very early and they shut late wish is very helpful also it has oyster and travel card and also free cash machine lottery and payzone wish is very beneficial

The worst customer service ever!!! The lady who works there and apparently calls herself manager has the worst attitude ever. She practically asked me to leave the shop and said will not serve me! I will ask all my friends and colleague to not visit this shop due to this lady's attitude. All this because i asked her to accept my card as i did not have cash with me.
