£10 for a slushy with a shot of vodka? overpriced and rude/unattentive staff. The alcahol comes out of a miniature unlabelled bottle so you can't be sure you get what you asked for. felt ripped off for sure.

Visited this shop on two different occasions, on both occasions I encountered a very miserable, unwelcoming and inattentive young female staff member.
0 customer services skills, it’s almost like it would kill her smile or even answer a simple question.

Usually when I come across unhelpful and unwelcoming staff members I do not return. However, due to this being a black owned business I thought I would give it another go with the hope of having an better experience but again, she was very unwelcoming and bitter looking.
With that being said, I will not be returning.

I am hopeful that she will receive some training which will be beneficial to company and brand.

I would love to give 5 stars, However customer service is everything when parting with your hard earn money.

If your looking for some good Cognac at a good price I can't think of a better place within London. Manged to pick up a few good bits over the years including D'usse, Ciroc vs, Hennessy black, Hennessy vsop, Remy Martin Club and a few others. Worth a trip, call ahead to make sure they have what you want. Good customer service.

Manager gave me a and my son a free sample. The drink was so nice I bought 6. Returned home and my hubby loved it. Got 6 more. (Jamaica Rum Vibes with lime) lovely. Great staff who were very accommodating. Wil definitely go back.

Had a shocking experience with an extremely rude and unhelpful young lady named Tia. I called up simply seeking information on how a refund is processed and she verbaly attacked me as I had not yet recieved my order through their courier parcel force. Tia needs some serious training on her customer service skills. Her attitude is disgusting. If it were my business she would be out the door!

On the other hand, I did receive my bottle. Which was packaged very well. I also received wonderful customer service from a lady called Amber who had to apologise for her colleagues behaviour. I am slightly disappointed as I spoke to the owner/manager in regards to this incident, he said he would get back to me, but never.

You can find any drink you like *premium*
But could do better with OPENING hours and Sunday aswell. Apart from this is the best drink shop în the sout West
