They sold me condoms with expiry date from 5months back! Do I need to elaborate on potential consequences of this! Selling expired medical devices and drugs is a criminal act! I obviously didn’t take receipt so can’t report to authorities but this place should be never trusted - check validity date of every item and immediately report if it’s expired. Can’t believe this is happening in Chiswick in 21st century..

I'm often popping in here for a bit of vape juice or a packet of beef flavour space raiders, or even a bottle of ale from their range of chilled beers. They are always nice and friendly and it's good to support their local business and avoid the undeserving supermarkets wherever possible.

Don't drop off parcels here. They claimed the machine to print UPS receipts wasn't working. They told me they would send it the next day. Two weeks later, amazon has still not received my parcel. I called them to ask if they had sent parcels after the machine outage and they hung up on me. Suspect they never sent the parcel.
