Bottles Direct

Delivery is promised within 2/3 days but my order of 9th April has still not been received as at 22nd April. Emailed twice, no response. Rang but a message says that they are unavailable and to leave a voicemail. There has been no response to the voicemail. Luckily I have paid via credit card so now I will be liaising with the credit card company to claw back the £55 I paid. I understand that delivery times will be slower due to lockdown and I have been patient. Other companies have provided updates. This company does not even acknowledge emails and telephone calls. I will not be ordering from them again.
